does anyone know how to transfer any game files from xbox to pc? (without xbox cloud tho)

Not all games on xbox is playable on pc.

Only games that can be played on xbox and pc are play anywhere titles. There could be another version of the game for pc like yakuza 0 which has an xbox version and a pc version

Are you talking about Xbox 360? Because no console later than that lets you move save files off of the internal storage.

i am talking about Xbox One. I can move the games tho, and the save files would transfer along with it no? The only problem is the format, my pc cant read it

No, you can move the games but save files are only ever on internal storage.

You cannot move them or transfer them except by cloud sync.
