I’ve tried restarting, using different gateway numbers, entering in the IP address manually nothing is working even restarting the wifi router still nothing is working

What numbers are you using and who is telling you to change them?

You need to reset your Xbox network settings all back to the defaults / automatic option.

if you were using ethernet i don't think there is a reset button other than the console settings reset

you need to get everything back to the defaults before you try to 'fix' anything. Becuase the things you listed in your original post are gauranteed to break your network if you don't know exactly what you're doing.
