A few years back my Xbox 360 stopped working due to the red ring of death and I got an Xbox One S but I had no idea what my email or password was, I’d like to get back into my account because after I lost my email I lost quite a few friends with it. Can anyone help?

you wil need too find the email to change the password or recover the account if you dont have access to the email. You can do that in a number of ways
