Hello!
I recently got 2 wireless xbox controllers to be able to play on steamlink, aka cooping with friends on the couch. But it will only register one of the controlls on steam, anyone have any ideas?
I have 2 adapters, since i bought 2 controllers. It will let me connect one but not 2.
I asked in teh steam discord as well but couldnt resolve it

Yes!
I see that both controllers are connected to pc through bluetooth settings, just in steam it doesnt seem to work

i think its because steam cant differeniate each controller from 2 different accts.
it may have issues with which inputs it uses controller 1 , controller 2 etc

Weird cuz i read some on the internet it's just plug and play

plus steam share cant play the same game at the same time if u sharing ur library to the other acct

My plan was to play on steamlink
So aka just cast it to the tv
So that shouldnt be an issue

Im not even sharing it. Im casting the game to locally play multiplayer

i was able to cast to my s8 tablet no issue.

But that's is not the issue. The issue is still how do i connect 2 controllers to my steam

its basically how steam recognizes the inputs basically.
does it read input from controller 1 over controller 2 im not sure im explaining it correctly

I tried using a nintendo swtich controller +
one wireless xbox, then it recognize 2 controllers
But i want 2 wireless controllers

Try syncing both controllers to the 1 adapter.
