Double NAT normally happens when your using 2 routers on your connection or something you got in your set up.

What set up are you using router, gateway modem etc

I mean I use a Xbox one newest version and I wanted to play mw2 and then I saw the double Nat and don’t know how to fix it

As long as your not using anything else in your network set up I would factory reset your gateway. If that does not help then contact your internet provider

look in the manual, there is normally a hole at the back that you pop sonething like a end of a pen or paperclip in to reset it.
