What should I do if I can't find my region in the console settings (language and location)??
Will I be banned if I put another region?

Lying about the region you live in is considered fraud, because it gives you access to store/products/promotions that you would not normally have access to. And yes, fraud could result in an account being banned.

As far as I can see, Ark's link shows me what xbox services are in different regions, and of all in my region, only pc gamepass is available

So if I can't change the region and find my region, that means I can't use the console
