Did you game share? Trade passwords with someone? Log in to like eneba or something with your account?
no
You need to know the infomation that they are asking for Ip address Purachses etc
thats what happens when you dont keep your infomation upto date and forget your password
I lost a EA account too and it will mean you can not play any EA game online with that EA account and Xbox account.
Even if you had access too the xbox account like I do EA will not unlink your EA account unless you can pass there checks
You need to to be able too pass the checks they ask
thats why you should keep your info updated
IP address???
its one of the questions they ask for vaerifcation of purachses the IP address you use.
I have no idea what my ip addresses in the past where. I’d only know the exact one I have right this second. That’s a dumb security question.
they ask a few questions you can say i do not know or guess then they use your answers and decide if you have gave enough correct info to unlock the account
I’ve been at it for a year, why can’t they see
Why would someone go for an account they don’t know about for a whole year
you can give your Console IP or your PC ip as long as your EA account as logged into that device in a certain time frame thats fine. Both Microsoft and EA record the IP address of the device you logged into with your account. Anyhow as I said it does not matter you only have to match enough info to meet there criteria
to hack it?
would you want EA or any company just to allow anyone to contact them and say yeah thats my account unlock it with out showing prove it is there account
sure it very well maybe your account you may have used it for 60 years prove it
You know your really not helping mate
Idk what your problem is but you clearly can’t see the frustration I have over this
no we are we explained what you have to do we have helped. You explained you can not provide the information they are asking. So you cant get the account back as explained for the reasons explained.
you just do not like the answer but the answer is the answer.
Why tf would I know all the info on an account I’ve not had for a year
Paul mate idc about the answer it’s you and the way your “answering it”
As explained you do not need to know all the infomation that is on the account. The questions they ask you in Chat with EA support or the form that Tact posted for Microsoft you just have to provide enough correct info to meet the criteria to show its your account.
"Amount of time you've spent trying to get an account back" is definitely not a criteria used to let you into an account.
