Can anyone help with this does anyone own a xbox elite series 2 controller as I'm having an issue with my Y button being registered as RB in test mode I've tried default settings l, reverted the software and re updating it I've tried remapping but it's just stuck as RB constantly

You should contact support if even remapping it doesn’t work

After you create a profile, you have to slot it to one of the three profile slots.
