I never got the new dashboard update on my series X and I think I would’ve had it by now. Is there anything I can do or anywhere I can go to report the issue? Any help is appreciated

Everyone is supposed to have it now... But are you in a specific Insider ring?

I’m sorry I’m not really sure what that is. I’m not really good with tech stuff. I have just been waiting for the update to automatically happen. The only thing I did was go to settings and system and check for updates and it says my Xbox is fully updated.

Try hard rebooting your console?

It won't come as an actual update, it's pulled down as a configuration value from the service.
