#Where rewards points?

The microsoft rewards app says i have 742 rewards points, however, my bing account and the MS rewards website says i have 3,572 points. Why are the extra 2,830 points on the app? I’d like to use these points

  1. Well my issue is more specific with the microsoft rewards app on my xbox one s.
  2. I don’t know where to start trouble shooting. This bug has happened every time i do the weekly punchcard. I’m on a 110 weekly streak and i’m just fed up now
  3. I’ve contacted Microsoft support a few times and gave them the details, but they were no help. They just told me everything was showing up fine on their end, as if that means it automatically works on my end

Sounds like either your app glitched out or you're using multiple Microsoft accounts?
The number shown on the Website should be correct. Did you try reinstalling the app and double check the account?
Make sure that you use the same Microsoft Account on both devices.
You're only allowed to have one Microsoft Rewards Profile. If you created two by mistake, you can close the wrong one down.

There’s 2 different sets of points next to each other: it says 311 available points and 3,250 giving with bing points

On the xbox app under “my current balance” it says 3,250. But under “My Goal” it says i have 3,703 points?
