im talking to this person right, and after some time it deletes our chat box and every other chat box in the past 24 ours. its happening to her also. and i have to reset my xbox multiple times just to fix it and sometimes it comes back but it tells me to "go ahead and say hi" its so annoying can someone please help

Mine seems to be fixed now. It started to work right last night so it seems the issue it fixed or getting fixed
