Unknown Error Xbox Store - Starfield Upgrade

Hiii, I’m having troubles trying to preorder the upgrade edition on xbox. I just downloaded the standard game with game pass but I wanted to buy the upgrade to play it earlier. somehow tho, it gives me an unknown error. Do someone having the same problem or it’s just me? I tried to restart and everything.

I tried buying something to see if it was the card but it works well so its not either that
