When I enter a command block in Minecraft and I click the expanded view the keyboard goes to the top of the screen blocking my view of the command, I want to know if there is a way to bring the keyboard back down. It is normally at the bottom, just in the command block expanded view is it up.

You can't normally move the keyboard.
If you go to Settings > Accessibility > Magnifier and turn on Large on-screen keyboard it should bolt it to the bottom of the screen. Does that change things at all?

I am just curious, if I were to connect a keyboard to my Xbox would the digital one disappear? And is there a way to connect a keyboard wirelessly?

The Keyboard appearing varies by game. I just tested it in Minecraft and it always shows, even when using a Keyboard.
Wireless Keyboards work if they come with a dedicated USB dongle. Regular Bluetooth Keyboards will not work.
