So you’re connected to the 3.5mm on the controller. Have you tried a different controller?

looking at the current Kraken models listed on https://www.razer.com/pc/gaming-headsets-and-audio/kraken-v3-family the one that is "just kraken" is "kraken v3" which is a USB mic that is not going to work with Xbox

if you have the 'kraken x' that only has a usb port it will not work.
if you have a 'kraken x for console' that has a reghular headphone jack it will work.
other models on their site that feature headphone jacks include the 'kraken pro' and the kaira
xbox supports:
- official Xbox wireless headset
- any headset with a standard 3.5mm jack
- like 2 or 3 very specific non-Xbox-branded wireless USB headphones from a list that I don't know but would very clearly state 'actualyl supports wireless on xbox!' on their page
