My xbox turns off right when i turn it on, it used to do that, but instead of turning it off right away, it stayed on, then turned off, when it turned off i heard a little beep. Im on xbox one

it could be as simple as Turn on the console.
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power options.
Under Options, select Turn off after, and then select Don’t turn off automatically.

Try unplugging it from power for a few hours
And press power button at least once to make sure it’s discharged
