My friend is having issues with Multiplayer on Forza Horizon 4 and we haven't been able to fix it with all the tutorials we have tried. we have tried troubleshooting it and it still wont work. he is still on windows 10 but cant upgrade because his pc is too old. it says on the error message on the Xbox app that under NAT Type: Teredo is Unable to qualify and under Server connectivity that its Blocked. does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

This could be due to Windows Network settings but also due to settings in their Internet Router.
For example Apple AirPort and FRITZ!Box Routers block Teredo by default.

If your friend is using an AirPort tell them to upgrade to a new router immediately. they have been discontinued for 5+ years, don't support the latest security improvements, nor the modern higher speed protocols
