Hello I bought the turtle beach battle buds for xbox series s but when I plug them into the controller no audio options come up and I've tried everything I can think of any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you sure they are plugged in firmly?
Do you have a different controller you can try?
Is the controller fully charged (if wireless)
