Still shows their name when I go to download remotely. I confirmed that the old owner has now removed from their Microsoft account, and reset the console name and rebooted. Still shows up like this. (I'm not Jake lol)

In the app, you need to rename that console

My library > Consoles, select the console, Manage console and Games, three dots, rename console 🙂
