My Xbox one S keeps freezing in the exact same place every time It tries to update. I can’t get out of the update and whenever I turn my Xbox on it just freezes.
It says: Updating… Sit tight while we update your Xbox
Step 3 of 3: applying (66%) Your console will restart during the update. 85%
After about 15 minutes it gives an error screen and says either troubleshoot or power off. The troubleshoot screens options only let me power off restart or reset the Xbox to factory settings.
I have no idea what to do and Xbox is the only place where I can play with most of my friends.
