So I was trying to insert a guitar hero disc when I noticed my disc tray wouldn’t open . It opened at some point but only half way and now the rest won’t come out? A few days before some of my guitar hero games wouldn’t read and kept being frozen even tho their in perfect condition . Can anyone help me out pls!

U need to replace the disk tray either get game shop to replace it or get another 360. Personally if it acts the way u described. Get it serviced or repaired

ohh okay . I think I might just buy a new one because there’s some other faults with this 360 unfortunately 😪 I got it for cheap so I just bought it but thank you for telling me . I was so upset i couldnt play anything ! Thanks

I had a 360 with a same issue years ago. I took it as an opportunity to upgrade to xb1
