Trying to install my files explorer for the purpose of that new minecraft Shader preview. instead says “give it another try” and the error message is DCAT-resource not found. I’ve tried restarting, my Microsoft store doesn’t say it needs updating, and it is actually beginning to get on my nerves now i have been trying for ages now. Also, yes i have looked on the internet but the results are for something either completely different than my problem, the same Dcat problem but when buying a game which i’ve already tried (the old “oh just restart your console or see if the store needs an update”) ive tried both. the store doesn’t need an update. i’ve restarted like 5 times now

Minecraft on Xbox console is not modable, trying to use an app to access internal folders will not work.
it is i’ve literally seen it and did it before, im not trying to mod it, im trying to simply add a resource pack but my files explorer will not install.
the minecraft isnt the issue. the app not installing is.
the new minecraft preview is that they’ve added shaders. more specifically, theyve added the “deferred technical preview” which the game itself says requires a PBR enabled resource pack -which do exist- but not in the marketplace and are obtainable on the internet. proof of this are the countless tutorials and videos showing off the preview. MY only problem is and as far as i can tell only has happened to me, nobody else really has said abt it is that the my files explorer app wont install due to the DCAT - resource not found error.
Lots of people did lots of things in the past.
Minecraft on console does not support things outside it’s built in store.
you say in the past im talki about literally yesterday.
when they added this
look, if its a complete bust, then ill eat my words but can someone please get to me on how to fix the DCAT error
ive tried power cycling my console
like the Shaders preivew is a thing and its legit
all i need is literally a resource pack which IS possible when one supported isnt in the marketplace.
