I own a Xbox account on my 1S, which has a fair amount of data stored on it. I'd like to try to access said account on my PC, but I haven't found any useful information how. Any info is appreciated.

What type of "data" are you looking to access? If you mean your games, only Xbox Play Anywhere games would be accessible from the PC, otherwise, you need to purchase them again. Same thing goes for game saves. In both cases, you need to sign in to the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store on the PC with the same account as your Xbox to access what is supported across devices
