Xbox randomly factory reset

My Xbox I have not factory reset it but when I turn it on it comes up with “set up xbox” is there anyway for me to reverse this without logging into everything and downloading everything all over again

the set up doesnt mean you have too install everything again. Its a process that takes like 30 seconds

the console does not factory reset by itsself
