Whenever I try to create or joined. A party it just automatically says that the party encountered an error. If I'm joining a party everybody else sees that I'm still in a party, and I've tried looking through my settings but everything seems fine. How can I fix it?

- What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

1: Cant join or create parties without being instantly kicked. It was working around 6 P.M-10 P.M yesterday then I got off for about 30 minutes and then it stopped working. Today it worked again, but same thing. I got off for about an hour and now it's not working whatsoever. Xbox one.
2: I have tried to go on xbox support, check my nat, check all my settings (including internet), but nowhere does it say u would ever not be able to join/create parties.
3: I have tried searching my problem but no results were for my problem, just problems similar to it.
