im trying to create a warranty request for my xbox controller but the only option i see at the category section is accessories and then it asks me to pick an issue type but there are only wireless adapter and charge kit can anyone help?

its only been 2 months since i bought it
also at the devices section it shows that i have warranty till 13.06.2024

If you haven’t registered this controller, you need to do so in order to submit a service request. Check your account devices – if you don't see this controller listed, select the "Don't see your device?" option.
