Xbox cloud gaming

Why can't I use cloud gaming? I have ultimate, it's available in my country and I have the latest Xbox. Why won't it work?

1. What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. Everything, the cloud icon doesn't even appear when I click a game

Okay so the game isnt on clould

not every game is on clould

I know, literally nothing on my list is on cloud

https://gamepasstracker.com/ has a list of the 367 out of 500 game pass ultimate games that are in the cloud

I can send a screenshot, it doesn't show anything on cloud for me

I just double checked, the servers are up and running in my country

Your account has to have ultimate for access to cloud gaming, it can't be that you get ultimate from it being shared. Also, you can't cloud play a game if it is installed if you're trying to do that
