Bascially I have submitted a request to exchange a faulty product I bought off of the Xbox store and was told I would recieve an email on how and where to ship it etc. I didn't see an email appear until I checked my spam folder today to which I found an email in there which I found surprising as any other similar emails go straight to my inbox. The email is telling me to go to https://quantiumreturns.starshipit.com/ and put in a number I have been given as well as my email address. I have never done an exchange before so just wanted to check if this is legit before I put any details in.
