When I plug my xbox one controller with usb to my pc the pc doesnt reconize, and I dont know what to do

What pc is it that might be a problem or if you're using windows try loading up a game and see what happens if that still doesn't work then most controllers have like a reset pin not sure about Xbox one controllers do that to your controller and if it's windows check connected devices and just play around right clicking and left cliking everything that might help hope you can fix this issue

thats not problem of the pc bcs i before reset the pc the controller with usb worked so i really dont know
