Hi, I’m here as a last resort as I literally don’t know what to do. For 2 days now when I turn on my Xbox it’s taking me to a troubleshooting menu, and at the bottom of the screen it says Error E200 with a lot of other numbers. I’ve tried turning it of, restarting, resetting to factory defaults and completely resetting the Xbox and nothing has worked.
I’ve tried the offline system update with my usb flash drive and followed the steps from Xbox support very carefully, even re formatted the usb stick to NTFS. Everything went fine and I copied the correct files into the usb, the issue was when I put the usb stick into the Xbox the offline system update option wouldn’t light up signalling I could do it. I’ve made sure all my usb ports are clean, and the usb flash drive was brand new as well I just bought it today. I’ve tried everything and I’ve come here to see if there are any last things I could try to see if I can fix this even if there’s a chance it won’t work. I do have the option to get it repaired as it is still under warranty but that would mean it being sent to Germany for repair, which could take a very long time (I know people who have had this same issue and not gotten theirs back for up to 3 months).
