Xbox GamePass Ultimate auto-redeem has returned to Microsoft rewards. However, it won’t let me redeem it. The app crashes to the console dashboard. I have already cancelled and removed my $10 auto redeem that was active. Is there something else I need to cancel to redeem this again?

Did u try on a browser not via xbox on laptop/pc or mobile browser?

Also does ur ms acct have enough ms credit to redeem it including if it charge tax

No, I haven’t tried it on PC. Yes, my rewards account has more than enough to redeem it. I may try on PC if it doesn’t work on console.

It’s ok no worries. Thanks for the alternative solution info. I shall try to see if it works on pc later.

It worked on PC and now shows up as redeemed in the app on console. This issue has been resolved and thread can be closed. Thanks.
