A bit of back story, i purchased a controller from amazon and sadly i got a used unit despite it appearing as new, i was planning on returning it, however not being in the us i would have to pay for the return, so basically, the controller has a stuck analog and one of the paddle buttons doesnt click so it wont react unless pressed really hard, i know the analog can be replaced, but im not sure how could i fix the one paddle button being mushy

If you just purachsed the controller you have the right too return it if it isnt what you paid for. Ie it was shown as a new and you got a refub thats false advertising
They shouldnt be charging you anything too put there mistake right

oh no ive had it a little over a week because i had to take care of medical stuff, apparently the shipping isnt covered because im not within the us
