Is the new update for the dashboard ui out yet logged on today and all of the stuff when you go down like game pass and store are gone and I can’t get them back any idea how to get them back or update this is a Xbox one

For the other part@of the question: the update is being rolled out slowly to everyone over the next couple weeks. So everyone will have it, but not right this second
