I have the ultimate game pass and wanted to log in to EA. But it says, that my Xbox account is already connected with a other EA Account, with an email named „5d*****@anonymous.ea.com“.
I can’t connect my own EA account with my Xbox because of that email. I hope someone can help me 🙂

Thats sounds suspicious. Sounds a possible hack. Or phishing attack

I did both. No one cold help

But I came into the account with the gamertag but there is still the email. I found in the internet, that this email is made for kids accounts. And I typed by the registration the wrong birth year in, so that’s why it’s a child account
