multiplayer problem on my xbox

Hello, good afternoon, I have a problem with my xbox, it says some problems, it says that multiplayer is blocked in parental control, problems with xbox live and that the game pass is needed, but I have followed the instructions and when I open a game with multiplayer gives me the same message, could someone give me an answer on how to fix it
