#Cant download or play games from the Xbox app

Im having issues with installing and playing games that I have from PC Gamepass. I tried to install Dishonored: Definitive Edition, then the download status thing stopped moving completely (the mb/s stopped updating). I tried to pause and cancel the download, and even restarting the app, but that didn't do anything.

Restarting my PC didnt do much, so I tried reinstalling the app. That made it worse, as now, no games show up on the sidebar, and when I try to download anything, it tells me to download/update Gaming Services. I click download, and tries to update Gaming Services, but that doesn't do anything, and perpetually says "Installing Gaming Services. This may take a few minutes" (I waited 10 minutes and nothing happened)

If it helps, the games i installed from the Xbox app dont do anything when I try to start them from the start menu

try to reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 11 device:

1-Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

2-In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

3-In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

4-Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

5-Restart your device and try to install the game again.
