well, as I said, I'm having issues with keyboard support. I am not able to use keyboard for anything on xbox today

as the keyboard you used before worked on xbox for you before?
What games are you trying too play?
Have you checked that the game supports Keyboard?
Have you checked the in game settings ?
What keyborad are you using and how are you trying too connect it?

everything was working perfectly before. the keyboard is not working to type, play games (including ones that support keyboard on console), the keyboard is a redragon k580 vata. I've tried with multiple keyboards that have all previously worked with my console, and after this morning, none are working

I understand there's on one here that can fix it or even most likely understand the issue, hence why I'm simply asking if anyone else has experienced a similar issue

if no keyboard is currently working, I'd suspect (in order)
0) the usb cable isn't fully seated

1. the usb cable you are using has gone bad
2. the usb hub that you might be using has gone bad
3. the usb port that you're using got broken
