So, considering I wanted to save a few bucks instead of buying the xbox pass i decided to go into the rewards and achivements to use my points for it, but everytime I open the app I keep on getting:

"Update your console's location

Go to System> Settings> System> Language & location to math your current location."

I tried changing the location even the language to match them but it keeos popping up. If someone knows how to fix this issue please tell me how to. Much love, appriciate it✌

what country do u live in. u should not set ur location to another where u dont live in. its fraud

While Macedonia is a supported country for Microsoft Rewards, it is not a supported country for Xbox, so you will not be able to use the rewards app from the console at all.
