#Cloud Gaming not saving progress

I played Forza Horizon 5 for a good 3 hours on cloud gaming and none of it was saved!! I just logged back on to find out all the progress I made in those 3 hours was gone. I don't mind redoing that progress but I don't like that it doesn't save AT ALL. Any help?
