What do you mean changed them? The play and charge kit is sealed kit

The first ones had the same problem

So my dad returned them and got new ones

It sounds to me like the batteries aren't charging properly? How are you recharging them?

I put the cable I got into the back of the console whit the controller and the battery in them

#

And leave them charge for 5 hours while the console is on

Is it the official kit or a third party kit? If it's the latter, which brand do you have?

You could have just said it's a third party one. Just check to make sure you charge it the same way as an official one. I dunno what else to suggest though, it sounds like it should work. I do know manufacturers stick kinda crappy batteries in cheaper charge kits though
