Pc game pass problem

so i bought the pc gamepass for 1 usd and now its not on my account for odd reasons..
So it says that i receive on my gmail it says "it'll be added to ######@gmail.com" (Exmaple Gmail)
But when i checked it wasnt on there! Please someone help me

Make sure your logging in with that account. If you just purchased it you may need too log out and back in again. If you done this and its been more than 24 hours then contact support

If not, contact support.
