Make sure your logging in with that account. If you just purchased it you may need too log out and back in again. If you done this and its been more than 24 hours then contact support

then the message "it'll be added to ######@gmail.com" (Exmaple Gmail)
Make sure your logging in with that account that you purachsed it on
log in and out
wait 24 hours
contact support
Yep did it like 6 times or so.
i didnt even get the email
saying that i had bought pc gamepass
and i bought it on the xbox app.
then you likley used an other account if you did not get an email. We can not advise anything else follow the steps mentioned. and please stop tagging me

Luka, the account you purchased gamepass on, does it show up here? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders If yes, make sure you are signed in to both the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store with that same account.
