is there any Xbox moderator that can help me appeal a perma banned that was a misunderstand.

Basically - MW2 severs weren’t allowing my main account due to my password being more than the character length that the Xbox 360 severs.

So I used my girlfriends account. She’s had her account linked to my Xbox prior. Just wasn’t aware I would use it. I did for this instance, I was receiving error messages due to my password length.

I will admit, I messaged my friend something. Cruel which he reported (as he didn’t know it was me) he reported it. Which the enforcement team than contacted my girlfriends account in regards to. We do not live together, so she said she did not make this action and doesn’t know how it happened.

Enforcement Team than assumes I’m responsible for account theft. Therefore banning my main account. During my suspension process they didn’t provide me with what may have caused my accounts suspension. Therefore I didn’t know what I was trying to appeal. The reason just said something along the lines of “no reason provided at this time.” My appeal was denied than it was revealed why I was banned.
It’s all miscommunication and a misunderstanding. I am unable to contact the enforcement team again as my appeal was denied. I can’t straighten things out.

I’m losing my mind. This is my account since 2005. For me it’s like losing something sentimental. Like a childhood blanket or stuffed animal.

Enforcement would be the only people capable of handing something like that. Nobody here can help.

Is their an email to contact the enforcement team? I cannot resubmit an appeal. They denied my request. Partly because they didn’t provide information as to why I was banned.

I can tell you that you are completely out of luck. Once they close the appeal there is nothing else they will do on the issue. I have seen this type of action many times over the years.
