I have never had an issue recording footage in 1080p at all in any game with my Xbox Series S, however when I try to record footage on Roblox in 1080p it doesn't record at all or work at all, only thing that registers is screenshots but when I try to record in 1080p on Roblox it doesn' work, but when I try to record in 1080p on any other game it works but Roblox just doesn't want to work. If I want to record on Roblox I have to do it in 720p.

there is a few things you could try, make sure you have room for clips, check your console settings as well as game settings, some games dont allow for clip recording or are limited
