Try clearing your Xbox 360 storage in my games & apps > manage > storage devices and try launching again
I already did that and it didn’t work
If that’s the case I would see if there’s anything in your router settings that could be blocking Xbox 360 traffic. Or maybe there’s an outage.
How do I check that?
Depends on your router
If i wire the internet to the xbox, will it help?
