I just bought the x box series x and I installed games strangely these games are uninstalled by themselves, there Is a way to fix it?

i literally installed the game then i turn off the x box After 1 hour i turn on the console and the game Is unistalled

I want to think your xbox might be broken and might need to be serviced, but try a factory reset

I think this problem Is from the account (?) Becouse this problem i have It already on the older x box One
