Can someone help me I was installing bunch of games on my Xbox one and the wifi suddenly doesn't work for already 2 hours I had ethernet plug plugged in and it doesn't work neither I try to connect to wireless wifi but it says it was interrupted

From our previous conversation it sounds like the network card(s) of the xbox may have failed.

That is the devices inside the xbox that controld network access. You may need to take it to a repair shop. Since you have tried both wifi and ethernet that kind of rules out the cable. Have you rebooted your router?

There is really not much else to try. You can try contacting xbox support.

Update: I unplugged the enthetnet cable and now it connected to wifi

Definitely sounds like the network hardware in your xbox is having issues.
