My brother is having trouble connecting to Xbox Live. At first he had Game Pass Ultimate until a few months ago. Now he wants to play Shadowrun. I told him to get the basic tier of Game Pass because I thought it included Xbox Live, but apparently it didn’t. So I told him to buy Xbox Live Gold. He is still not being recognized as having Xbox Live Gold. Can you please help us
