Xbox acount doesn't have the games ı bought when ı switch to pc

I don't know if this is normal but probably not. I have used my xbox acount always on my xbox one but recently ı realised ı could open my xbox acount on pc to so ı can use my game pass ultimate subscription and my bought games to use but when ı came on pc and logged my xbox acount in ,only 1 game that ı already bought was available and the rest of the games is again asking me for money the same goes for my ultimate game pass hich now is also asking for me to pay the subscription, ı still own the subscription and the other games on console ı dont know why ıts like this on pc xbox app and yes ı logged in with the same acount as my console one

The games could as well be ones that are not play anywhere which would explain why they aren't available on PC, but the gamepass not working is something you might have to contact support about if you are sure you have the subscription

the games indeed are playable on pc also ı am still waiting a responce from support

so isn't there any advice or idea you could tell me to try?
