Let me clarify a few things first, I have an Xbox One S, and I haven’t noticed this issue until a few weeks ago. I also would say that the problem could be related to both my console and controller. I can’t figure out why it’s doing it, but my Xbox One S controller won’t stop disconnecting constantly. not only that, but the light on the startup button is still on even when it disconnects. I’ve researched a few things. One trick I heard was to pull the metal used in the battery part so that it can sustain a better connection. I’ve tried updating my controller, i’ve also tried resetting the console itself but the problem still persists. need some real solutions on how to fix this.
