Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:

  1. What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
  2. What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
  3. Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
  4. If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.

What do you mean "nothing happens"? Does your phone see the controller? Is your brother using the same controller as you or does he have his own?

Sounds like it's an issue with your phone.

Controller is working fine as it works on other devices.

Maybe see if there is an update or something.

Then it's a problem w/your phone

Check for updates on your phone, see if there is some sort of network/communications reset feature, see if the controller shows up as a previous connected device and remove it.
