hey guys looking for some help please. I’m on an xbox one and since about 18 months ago i was unable to update fortnite, i have tried uninstalling, clearing local data, factory resetting, troubleshooting wifi and all sorts of suggestions from xbox support but still everytime i try and download it the install stays at 0% before saying “installation stopped”, there is no specific error code attached. I have also contacted epic games with no resolution if anyone has dealt with the same thing or had advice it would be appreciated since i spent like $350 on that game when i was just a kid and just wanna be able to play it with some friends

have you tried playing it via the cloud?

do you mean uninstall and reinstall because if so i mentioned i have tried that a million times and now it simply won’t install

Have you tried using a physical copy of the game (disk)?
